What Kind Of Volunteers We Need

Sort donations. Pack a S.M.A.R.T. Box. Greet a mom on closet day and make her feel like a guest, not a case. No experience required — just a few hours and a willingness to show up.

What you'll do:

  • Sort and organize clothing, shoes, and supplies

  • Pack S.M.A.R.T. Boxes for pickup or delivery

  • Welcome families on closet days

  • Help load and set up before events

Host a Closet at Your School

Put a SMART Closet where the need already is.

Kids miss school over things a closet can fix — no coat, no clean uniform, no sneakers that fit. If you're a teacher, counselor, or administrator, we'll help you set up a small, dignified closet right in your building, stocked and restocked by S.M.A.R.T.

How it works:

  • We meet with your school to find the right space

  • SMART supplies the initial stock and restocks on a schedule

  • Your staff decides how kids access it — no red tape, no embarrassment
